Trying to share a file with a colleague but he gets an error that file is unavailable.

So i'm trying to share some files with a colleague so we can work on them. But my cloud icon at the top has a little X in it. I can save my files to the cloud but he can't seem to accept my invites. He made a new test file and i can perfectly join his file. Tried rebooting, changing network, doesn't seem to make a difference.
