Unable to connect to cloud document with fixed IP address.
I can connect on Windows, but not on Mac.
I have set a proxy server in System Preferences.
Creative cloud works fine.
You can connect by removing the proxy settings
and using a network that does not have a fixed IP address.
It seems that the proxy settings are required when starting Adobe,
but I am not asked.
I reinstalled all the adobe products but it didn't work.
Please let me know if you can find a solution to this problem.

That's right.
I work in an enterprise network.
However, the situation is a bit special.
Since there is an office in the university, it must be fixed to the IP address specified by the university.
The company's network manager says the cause is unknown.
