Unable to create project on XD 10.0.42.14

I updated to version 10.0.42.14

Since then I'm unable to create any project : I double click on every devices and not getting any feedback.

It is still possible to open existing projects or the tutorial.

Once an existing project is open, it is impossible to share it.

Fianaly, on the launching popup (the one to start new project) I can't go in online document : it shows " an error has occured"

I m on creative Cloud 4.7.0.400

"Always keep up to date" is active

Any idea on how to solve this ?

Thanks for your answer.

Actually the link you suggested is sayong that Creative Cloud Sync version should be 4.1.0.29 or later.

My version is 4.7.0.400

I guess it should be ok ?

"Always keep up to date" is active on my creative cloud app.

- Restart your computer.

- If that did not help, see if the core sync process is running on your computer. If it isn't, quit the Creative Cloud application, and relaunch.

Hi Peran,

Still nothing working; I restarted, again, my computer, and start/stop creative cloud, nothing is solved

Still impossible to start a new project (nothin happen when double click on "iphonexx", "iPad"… )

Still impossible to share any project project
