Unable to determine XD subscription status Relevant

It says that the subscription status cannot be checked after the Creative Cloud update. For your information, I didn't upgrade to a paid account and used it as a free account.

 

It says that the subscription status cannot be checked even if you try the solution provided by Adobe. What should I do?

Hi Aloe, Thank you for reaching out and sorry to hear you're having trouble using Adobe XD.This is a known issue and we are working on the fix.As a workaround Could you please try clicking the 'Quit XD' button and see if the Welcome Screen launches sucessfully?Let me know if this solution works for you.   Thanks, Raksha Adobe XD Team
