I am a front-end developer and I have been using Adobe XD, for some time now but this is the first time I have encountered an issue such as this. To clarify, I am unable to download or open any of my cloud documents. This is extremely frustrating and is preventing me from access nesscary documents to assists my clients. Please advise, I have tried uninstall and reinstalling adobe creative cloud and adobe xd, I have attempted the web verison of xd to download my file as well but this also proved ineffective. Each time I attempt to download my file I recieve and error message stating, "Download failed". I think I have cloud sync enabled but I am not sure.
