Unable to Drag and Drop Jpg images in XD

We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble dragging the Jpg files in XD. Could you please share the OS and XD version of your machine? We'd suggest trying updating the graphics card driver as per the manufactures website and let us know if that helps.
