Unable to drag and drop the images into Adobe XD.

Please tell me, such a problem arose associated with just dragging and dropping the picture in the "Adobe XD". Suddenly the program took pictures by dragging and dropping.
I reloaded the program, reinstalled it, I don’t know how it turned out.

Please tell me how to bat?
