Unable to install plugin, error "you're disconnected"

Hello. I'm using XD for work at work.

By the way, the plugin does not work in XD. The following message is displayed.

(It works great for creative apps.)

I thought it was a problem with our company's network, but other team members are using it well. 

Can I delete the XD plugin and reinstall it again? Or is there another way?

Or, can I know the XD plugin url?
