Unable to launch Adobe XD on Windows 10

Hey, I cannot launch Adobe XD, I already tried different ways to solve the problem, but none of it helped.

 

I always get the following error event. 

The server Adobe.CC.XD_28.8.12.1_x64__adky2gkssdxte!App did not register with DCOM within the required timeout.

Is there another way to solve the issue?

If that doesn't help, please try booting the system into Safe Mode (https://support.microsoft.com/en-in/help/12376/windows-10-start-your-pc-in-safe-mode) and check if you are able to launch the application.
