My class capstone project team has been working in a cloud document the past few days. I have an Adobe XD installed in Windows 10 Education. Working with our cloud doc has been slow and frustrating but I was still able to access it. All of a sudden today I am not able to open the document. It says "Sorry, we can't open the file". I tried upgrading my XD, reinstalling XD, reinstalling Creative Cloud, my .NET framework and used the Adobe Cleaner Tool. Nothing worked. Our project is due soon and it is too late for us to switch to another prototyping tool. Any helping in fixing the issue so that I can access the shared cloud file and complete project is appreciated.
Note: Others in my team with access to the document are still able to access it. I am only one working on a Windows 10 laptop, others have a Macbook.
