Unable to open Adobe XD.

Hi, I desperately need help. I can't seem to open xd no matter what, I tried every solution I've seen on the internet, tried uninstall, reinstall, shut down my com and on again, updated my com etc. but nothing seems to be working!!! 

Please help!
