Hi Everyone,

I have the latest updated XD and I just can't open all of my cloud files right now.
Please quickly response. I'm sick of it. I've been reinstall, sign in and sign out. But nothing change.

We would request you to please try to open the file from here: https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents and see if you're able to access the file.  Could you please also try the solution mentioned in this article: https://helpx.adobe.com/xd/kb/issue-saving-xd-file-creative-cloud.html

 

If that doesn't help, please share the screenshot of your about XD info page.
