Unable to open shared document in 31.2.12.4.

Installed the latest version of Adobe XD on my Mac and got an error:
Can't connect to document

Someone is editing this document in an older version of XD.

 

According to my colleagues, theirs is up-to-date and they have version 31.1.12.

Is there a way to download and install XD versions specifically?

I am sorry for the delay in response. Would you mind checking with your collegues if the update isn't available to them on the Creative Cloud desktop app? They should be able to update or install XD directly from Creative Cloud.
