Unable to open the XD cloud file, it getting stuck on loading.

Hi guys,

over few weeks now XD is more porblems then fun of using. I'm sending you reports from each crush (xd window after reopen) and not getting any answears.

Going to my latest problem:
when i'm opening file it's loading. Assets are showed in BG but loaded is stuck on the end and i can't work with file (see file bellow).

  • Sign out from the Creative Cloud Desktop app (CCD).
  • Open Activity Monitor/Task Manager.
  • Kill Adobe Desktop Service
  • Kill CoreSync
  • Re-Login to CCD
  • Launch XD
