unable to save the file in XD after update.

Hy,

I recently update my Adobe XD and i am facing bugs in new updates.

If choose color with color picker it's picking the color i really want.

I am able to save files with shoutcut and when i give command to save the message apper" this file could not be saved" so i have to replace file with old one.

Please help me with these issuse.

We are sorry to hear you are facing trouble using Adobe XD. Would you mind telling if you are on windows or mac operating system?

If you are windows, could you please check latest update to graphic card driver? Please visit the manufacturer site to check for and apply the latest updates to graphic drivers and let us know if that works for you.

Most likely there is some incompatibility with Mac OS Catalina. Have you tried to perform a clean installation of Aodbe XD?
