Good Day, the referenced file was uploaded with the log tool Adobe provides.
Unfortunately I am unable to use the AdobeXD application since a security update on Windows 10 it seems.
Any advice?

Meanwhile, please uninstall XD using the cleaner tool using the https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html and then re-install XD and let us know if that solves the issue.

Unfortunately I have not been able to successfully run XD yet. I followed the instructions -- I suspect it happened after a Windows Security Update.

XD: It was the latest AdobeXD, I had automated updates switched on
