Upscaling text in Adobe XD

Hello, I'm new to XD and only recently started doing actual design work - I tried to upscale an artboard with all of it's elements including text. The icons and other UI elements and some text does upscale. BUT not all of the text scales up. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hi, did you check that there were no locked levels? How did you resize the artboard? Could you publish a screen or a short video?
