Hello,
I met the problem after I updated the Adobe Xd.
I had tried every method from Adobe Help, it was still the same.
I had uploaded the logs, File: AdobeLogs_20190506_023725_265-win.zip.
My OS is Windows 10 Pro.
Could anyone help me to solved it?
