Web Browser won't launch from XD, unable to access Help or webkits

Any links in Adobe XD that should open a web browser won't launch.

Two examples of items I needed to access:

≡ (Menu) >Get UI Kits>Wireframes > nothing happens

≡ (Menu) >Help>XD Help> nothing happens

Everything that I can find in the application that links out to a web browser is not working. Any ideas?

 

Windows 10

Default Browser is Chrome

XD version 24.4.22

The problem existed prior to updating to 24.4.22 (I thought updating would solve the problem but it did not.)

Hello there! I tried this method but I still can't open the my UI kit links. Which means my browsers don't work with XD. I also tried changing my default browsers, Opera and Chrome both show error page after loading for long time.
