What is the difference between Paid and Free versions of XD if they both crash

XD keeps crashing all the time, not saving the work done, some tools disappear time to time, sometimes blending modes get to crash the app totally. I don't know why I pay for the version that I can have for free
When you choose blending modes it crashes whole program,
Sometimes Shadow color picker disappears, top right corner tools disappear if you don't restart the app.

I thought I would get a decent bug free app if I'd get a paid version but no sir.

I don't understand why I should pay anything if the difference is only shareable links,

Do something!

Hi, we're sorry you're having trouble with Adobe XD. In order to help you we need some information, such as the version of the software you are using and the features of your computer.

In addition, below I am attaching a page that illustrates the functions of Adobe XD according to the chosen plan: https://www.adobe.com/products/xd/pricing/individual.html

Thank you for providing us with the requested information. Have you tried uninstalling Adobe XD via Creative Cloud Cleaner tool? this way you will also delete any corrupt files.

One more issue that I got is that when I save the local document it says
it's being modified by other user. What can be done about it?
