What is this UI prototyping called where input text is hidden?

I have tried for so long now to find out if there's a name for this sort of presentation and equally whether there's a plugin that can automate this by identifying text fields and the colour of the text.

It would be helpful when we are taking an XD prototype to market and being able to showcase products without using data populators. Slack uses this presentation technique often but wondering how cumbersome it would be to try and replicate this ourselves.img-product-screenshots.ko-KR.jpg

I think you are referring to using 'input masks' or 'input masking'. Let us know if that is what you are looking for.

Thank you. Now that you have said "input masking" it totally makes sense that it would be the most likely description.
