What XD Alert Disconnected?

What XD Alert Disconnected?


I open 2 file XD but somefile alert disconected and somefile don't alert .

file disconnected don't save history about 25/6/21 then now.

I cann't connect to update work with the teams.

 

what to do?

Hi, what version of Adobe XD are you using? Have you tried logging out and back into your Adobe account?

Adobe XD version 41.1.12.9

I tried logging out and Uninstall Adobe XD but I found the same problem is disconnected.

Thanks. I tried open a new file. it's already connected cloud abobe.

But I don't know the cause of this problem.

Sorry to hear about the trouble. This generally happens because of sync issues, so could you please share a few more details like:

 

  1. Are other collaborators on the latest version of XD?
  2. Is this happening with you or with other collaborators as well?
  3. Please close CoreSync and other Adobe services from the Task Manager/Activity Monitor and then reboot your computer. Once rebooted, please check if it still shows as disconnected.
  4. We'll also need a screenshot of the About XD info page.
