When i Create a component inside another component, hover state in auto-animate mode is not working!

When i Create a component inside another component, hover state in auto-animate mode is not working for that component is inside another!
Imagine this:
We have a component that has a Hover State that gets bigger when the cursor moving on it, and inside it we have a botton that has to move down a bit when the cursor moving on it!
now, we have no problem with the first component and it works fine! But the second component has a problem and acts as a transition instead of an auto-animate mode.
Next point:
Hover estates in auto-animate mode still act as transitions when it comes to adding shadows!
