White screens then closes after about

Hello, I just got Adobe CC working again, now i'm trying to get Adobe XD working now, when I try opening it, it just turns white and after about 1-2 mins of staying a white screen it will automatically close. I saw some post about it is possibly due to a graphics card being out of date, but I don't think mine is that out of date, any help?

(Also don't worry the CPU temp is wrong lol)

edit:

I just tried, Adobe XD shows white screen after launch and crashes on Windows still didn't work, and I also tried the answer to this thread on the forums, XD shows blank white screen  and still didn't work aswell

Thank you for trying the initial troubleshooting procedures and letting us know. Can you try the solution in XD Opens with white screen and immediately closes​ and let us know if it helped?

I have this problem and I've been having it for several weeks. I only get a white screen then the app closes. Totally rubbish update from Adobe yet again. Nothing has changed with june update.

The last two updates of XD have done this to me, my fix has been to restart the computer. I've not needed to edit anything anywhere.
