I was reading on here about converting xd projects to html etc. Is this step necessary if i am creating just a small project that will only be used on a temporary basis? Albeit by a lot of users. For example, if i create a project and link it (using the link created in XD) through a website or forum to be used temporarily (like for a virtual tradeshow type thing), will there be any technical issues with the link not working or the projecting not working properly because it wasn't coded or converted to some HTML type language? Sorry for my rudimentary question, i'm so new at this! thanks for your help!
Hi Andrea,
Thanks for reaching out. Adobe XD allows you to design a prototype of any websites or applications. We only need to code it if we want to convert that prototype into a working website or application, we can hand over the design specs of the prototype to a developer to code that. So for a demo, you can simply share the prototype link with anyone.
Regarding adding the prototype on a live website, I found a similar discussion which you can refer to here: https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-xd/embedding-an-xd-prototype-in-a-live-website/m-p/10571518?page=1#M15635
