As you can see,

The first one is the correct spacing

The second one is the spacing between the text and the text without using rectangles

There's a difference of more than 30 px

This is not the case in AE and PS,So this is a very serious problem for UI designers

Why not improve?

Hi cartman, there are two comments in this uservoice request which I believe will answer your question as to why it is happening.

Unfortunately it appears there isn't a solution for this within XD development as it is suggested to be coming from typefaces and operating systems.

Well, if this problem is not solved, I think it is better to use ps in win system, because there is a big gap in implementing UI design draft with this system.

So this software might be more suitable for prototyping,

How to avoid solving this problem when designing?

The difference is too big. If you write a piece of text and draw a rectangle to get the correct spacing, the design effort will increase dramatically.

As you can see, PS does not have the built-in spacing of the text itself.
