Why my new Install Adobe XD will appear this pop up message? HELP!!!

Hi everyone, I need help about Adobe XD. When i new install Adobe XD, it will pop up this message.

Even i try install and uninstall so many time, it still the same problems. And i try this Cannot verify subscription status in offline mode and the problem is still the same.

May I know what problem is it? Thank you for you help !!! Adobe XD

Hi, it's likely that Credential Manager is not enabled on your computer. Try to enable it and see if it works
