注销账号后再登陆发现XD不能打开了,一直显示无法订阅状态

The forum software could not translate from Chinese, but Google got this:
”After logging out of the account and logging in, I found that XD could not be opened.”
I moved this from Forum comments to Adobe XD.

Did you log out while using XD? You may want to close XD, log in using the Creative Cloud desktop tool, and then launch XD again.

It did not work. I log out and then log in many times.
