After upgrading XD today - the export for Development seems to be not working. It produces empty screens as yo can see in the screenshot below. I double checked with another user at my company.
This issue has now been resolved by the team. Can you try again and let us know if you are still running into issues?

Hi Doritberlin, sorry that you are unable to publish the artboard for development. Could you please share the OS version which you are using? It would be created if you could share the link of the prototype in a private message.

The team is working on an outage that is possibly resulting in this issue. We will update this post as soon as we have more info.

Hi - sorry to report a similar problem occurring again.
This time only 2 out of all the art boards are being exported to the developers link. After updating the version to XD 16.0.2.8 - and relaunching XD - the problems is not resolved.
