XD : Unable to download assets from shared XD document

In a xd document link, which was sent by a mail is not having the button to download the assets from the file. Because of the I cant have access to the assets of the document. Help me with how should I access the assets.

If you mark layers for export, and include assets when publishing design specs, you can download them from the published design specs link.
