Hello awesome people, i hope you can help me with this one.
So i just got an update for XD this morning (around like half an hour ago), i updated XD but when i launch it, nothing happens.
All i get is this white screen and then it goes away.
This is what i get when i launch XD and then nothing happens.
i'm running on Windows 10 Home, with Creative Cloud 126.96.36.1991, i can't tell which XD version i have at the moment cause it doesn't launch (i've kept XD up to date so there's no way i'm running any old version ) Adobe XD CC
Can you let us know of the version of Windows 10 that is installed on your computer?
If you are on Windows 1809, can you try these solutions and let us know if they helped?
Please update to the most current release (188.8.131.52) and let us know if Xd will open without crashing.
One more computer updated, and it doesn't start here neither
Is there any way to go to the previous version? We have work to do....
Same issue, before I had the error 50 and now this. Have the XD installed for more than a month now and haven't been able to use it to date.
I have the newest version. Windows 1809.

Thanks Preran, This works perfectly for me. but had to reinstall/repair Creative Cloud Destop application too.
Same issue with me too on Windows 10 Enterprise
