XD has been crashing constantly

XD has been crashing constantly for 1 week while I'm working, I'm on the latest version and creative cloud is up to date. I don't have any problems if I use other software like illustrator or photoshop!

anyone encountering the same problem?

  1. The exact version of XD & OS.
  2. Is it crashing while working on a specific file or multiple files?
  3. Does it crash while performing a specific task or it's crashing randomly?

Hello,

I am on version 35.1.12 for XD

My operating system is :
- Microsoft Windows 10 Home 64 bits 10.0.18363
- NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 graphics card with Max-Q Design, Intel (R) UHD
Graphic 620
- SSD storage 1476 GB
- 16 GB memory

It crashes for no reason on any file. Sometimes I cannot open 2 files at
the same time, the loading is done but does not display my work (see
screenshot attached)
