XD IS CRASHING ALL THE TIME

When file is saved on Cloud, XD is crashing ALL THE TIME! It won't stay opet for more than 10min. I use Windows 10 Home, version 20H2 and it is VERY FRUSTRATING!

Hi, what version of Adobe XD are you using? If files are saved to different locations (computer, external media), does the same problem occur?

I use 40.1.22. If the files are saved on comp I didn't notice that's
happening that much.

Also, sometimes when I set the line spacing it changes OPACITY! It bloks
often when I change Font Size or Line space values. And this has been
happening since I switched to Windows (for more than a half of a year now).

Does this problem also occur with other files? Have you tried doing a fresh install of Adobe XD?

We're so sorry to hear about the trouble. If the fresh installation doesn't help, please share system logs https://helpx.adobe.com/xd/user-guide.html/in/xd/kb/how-to-collect-crash-logs.ug.html and crash dump https://helpx.adobe.com/xd/kb/how-to-generate-crash-dump-on-windows-machine.html 

 

Once you have enabled the crash dump, please wait for the application to crash, once it crashes please collect system logs and the crash dump.  

 

Please add both the log files to a shared drive like Google Drive or DropBox and share the link through DM by clicking on my name.
