I got this message when trying to open Xd this morning. I have an active subscription, and all my other apps work, but Xd will not open. Anyone else having this issue, or know how to fix it? I need to use Xd!
I have had the Adobe XD Starter license for several years, and as of this morning, I am receiving this message. I noticed that as of October, unlimited collaboration has ended - but I have had only need to publish/share one link at a time. Is this change related?
My company has locked down most Windows settings, so updating to "Sideload Apps" or "Developer Mode" is a no-go.
Is there another solution? (I know that uninstall/reinstall has been discussed, but the number of approvals I had to get to even get this software two years back was an effort in frustration. So that is a last resort).
