XD Live preview issue on iphone 6 - 32gb

While using live preview app, XD is not showing the latest update. It always shows the last file opened in the XD and no real-time support was there. Kindly provide solution asap, as I am working on the app design for iphone X.

I understand it could be annoying. I will do my best to help you. I would like to know a few more details like if you're using Windows OS here? If yes, do you have iTunes installed and is it updated to the latest version? Please share the version of XD which you are using at the moment.

Windows 10 Pro

Adobe XD 20.1.12.4

Creative cloud 4.2.7.2

iTunes 12.9.5.7

I don't know what happening, now real-time view is working fine.

* But there is another issue not finding the "Fixed position" check box to fix the object on scroll. where and how could I find that, as normally while selecting the object it is displayed on the right side of property panel.

The fix position checkbox has been moved to the prototype view

Real time view on device started working once I install and logged in to iTunes.
