XD March Update is not working on Windows 10

Dear Adobe Team,

On 09-03-2020 Adobe XD released their update,
That are as follows,
1. Audio Playback
2. Anchor links
3. Shortcut for resizing area text to fit content
4. Multiple actions on a Tap trigger
5. Share To

 

My "Windows" laptop and Adobe XD is update but these feature is not working.

Hello Rishabh and thanks for your quick reply.  I ended up uninstalling Adobe XD and then reinstalling it using Adobe CC and it loaded the newest version (28.7).   Have a blessed day.  - Steve

What's the version number? The current one is 28.1.12

Hi, try to uninstall and install Adobe XD again. I recommend you to use Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to uninstall the software and eliminate any corrupt files.

I have the same issue.  I am on a mac running win 10.  Adobe XD version 27.2.12.  Creative Cloud says I am running the latest but it's not 28.1.12 as Kenneth indicated.  Is this update availalbe for my set up?  REALLY want to use that Anchor Link feature for a project I am working on currently.  Thanks for any advice you can lend!

Thanks for reaching out. The current version of the Adobe XD app is 28.7. Could you please launch Adobe Creative Cloud App and then look for Adobe XD in the app list and check if it says "open" or "update". If it shows an update, please update the app, and if it shows open and the version is not 28.7, I'd request you to uninstall the software using The Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool and install the application again. You can also refer to the below article for more information on how to update the app: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/creative-cloud-updates.html#Autoupdate
