We're so sorry to hear about the trouble. Could you please confirm if you have already tried the Adobe Cleaner Tool? If not, I'd recommend using the Adobe Cleaner Tool to reinstall the application. If you have already tried that, please share the case reference number and your contact details through DM so that we can check this at your machine level.
