Why can't I open an XD file that my colleague sends me?
We work in the same company but not with the same operating system. It works on window and the last version of XD 18.104.22.168 and I on OSX with the last version of XD 36.2.32.
You no longer ensure the compatibility of the files created between the two versions of XD: Windos OSX ???
You should be able to install 37.1.32 (or both you and your colleague can install the latest 38.0.12)

I have tried all the described procedure: none work.
So I have to try this:
1. Uninstall the entire adobe suite
2. I reboot the compuiter
3. Check if there is not an IOSX update
4. Instal XD
And it didn't work ....
Any new clue ?????

We have no problems getting update, the problem is none of us have updated in the same times. The consequence is that we cannot share our files and collaborate effectively.
The problem was for me and my close collaborator, but sins I identify 3 more peapols concerned in or organisation: La Poste. All of us worked on "La Poste" licences and we work both on PC and Mac.
The request is simple: Please ensure that all La Poste licenses receive the same update at the same time.
