I updated my mac to macOS BigSur and XD crashes every time I try to open a file or create a new one. I send a few log files via Log Collector. You guys have a plan to fix it? I don't want to try to downgrade my OS.
PS: I removed and re installed XD, nothing has changed.

I already did both, but time is running out. It's been 4 days since I cannot open my design files. I wonder how you guys didn't properly test CC products for the macOS update?
I rolled back to previous XD version it works for now. FYI

In the Adobe Creative Cloud app you can click on the dotted line next to the "Update" or "Open" button.
There it says "Other versions".
However - the same problem for me was solved with XD version 35.1.12
You could try updating to the very latest version.

mine also crashing .all update still same
I downloaded the installer and after double clicking the icon nothing happens. tried to download the installer a few times. I run Big Sur on a 2013 Macbook air- thanks
