Zeplin export won't show in Adobe XD 16 with windows 10 ver 1809

Hello,
I have installed zeplin  on my PC with windows 10 windows 10 ver 1809
I have the latest version of Adobe XD ver 16 and zeplin ver 1.10.2.0

but when I try to export my screens to Zeplin the alternative won't show up in the list under File > Export.

Anyone know what the problem is and how I could solve it?

this solution is useful for mac but I am in windows!

I solved the problem with the following method.

• I simply clicked on Menu button in Zeplin and choose Help - Reset Zeplin

Restarted Adobe XD and Zeplin and Export to Zeplin appeared in Adobe XD

Hi, 

We're still not able to resolve this issue after the Reset Zeplin and restart XD/Zeplin.

Zeplin menu appears on XD > export , although nothing happens when selecting the menu.

Could you kindly help to resolve this issue pls?
