AEfx 2023 v23.1 BETA M1 fails to install because of Cinema4D

I'm unable to install latest After Effects BETA v23.1 2023 BETA on my Macbook M1 MAX, here is the crash log

But v23.0 works, installs fine

Thank you for reporting this issue. Please give this another try in the latest Beta build; a potential fix is in place for the issue and we would appreciate your feedback on whether this fix is working for users of the Beta.
