Bad sound rendering

During rendering animation a lot of high is missing

recording is ok, sound in AE also?

I'm not sure if it's the same issue but I often have audio drop out during playback, mostly from MP4 tracks in the timeline. I can go back to the dropout and replay and the track is fine, but AE just randomly decides to cut out the audio after a spell.
