After Effects (still) comes to the front when a render completes

This was a problem a few releases ago; I'm not sure if it was resolved and now it's back, or I just never noticed it for a while:

When an AE render completes (a final render, not a preview) AE always jumps to the front of my app windows. For example:

1. Set a render going
2. Go to Chrome to type an email
3. AE's render completes
4. AE, very rudely, jumps to the front of all my windows/apps, interrupting whatever I'm doing

It's rather annoying! AE should just politely play the 'render complete' chime, and stay in its place.

This issue is still there in 22.5.0x4.

It also happens when AE does an auto-save (eg. AE is in the background, I'm using PPro, and suddenly AE jumps to the front because it's doing an auto-save).
