Custom CEP Paenl No Longer Opens

I'm working on a custom extension building a cep panel. When updating to the newest version, 25, I can't open panels anymore that I've placed in the Common Files/cep folder. This includes the default project downloaded from the adobe cep resources github. Other extensions like motion4 and copy pasta open just fine.

Fixed. Needed to adjust debug setting in registry as noted in another thread.
