AME Launches but project doesn't appear from network project files

Projects exported to AME only luanch the app, the project never appears.  Seems to happen only with certain projects as others are successful.  The failed projects are on a network if that helps narrow things down.

Hi AjS_VB,

Thank you for reporting this issue. Are you still experiencing the issue in the latest Beta build? The most recent After Effects (Beta) build is 17.1.0.57.

 

If so, please go to the Help menu and choose Enable Logging, then restart After Effects (Beta). This will enable the creation of logging files for 24 hours. Within that time, retry sending a composition to AME. If the composition fails to show up in AME, please upload the logging files. To show the logged files, go to the Help > Reveal Logging File, then open the "logs" folder which will contain 2 - 4 .txt files.
