2018 project opened in 2023 not looking the same

I opened a 2018 project to create a new version of an animation but annoyingly the Red Giant FX are not rendering the same so this file is now useless.

Is this an After Effects or Red Giant issue ? Either way you guys need to get this resolved because re-versioning is essential and if it can't be relied on then we will have to change the post system we use.
