3D Camera Tracker error : Unable to obtain dynamic link server

I use After effect v24. Whenever i try to use 3D camera tracker and Warp Stabilizer, i get error: Unable to obtain dynamic link server. Please help me to solve this issues.

Open up After Effects

Go to Effects -> Manage Effects

Disable all third-party effects

Restart AE

Now try Warp Stabilizer and see if it is resolved. If so, you can try to re-enable the third-party effects one by one to see which one is interferring with Warp Stabilizer.

I've encountered a similar issue multiple times, maybe about once a year, and none of the advice I found online seemed to work. The only solution that actually worked for me was doing a fresh install of the operating system on the boot drive and then reinstalling the Adobe products. It's definitely a last resort after trying everything else, but it's the only thing that has a 100% success rate for me, even though it's a bit time-consuming.
