When I replace premiere pro 4k footage (which I've duplicated and put above timeline) with after effects composition, the footage is out of sync with premiere pro composition. Any guesses why this is happening?
The frame rate is the same and this happens even if I don't edit the clip in after effects at all. Meaning even if I simply click replace with after effects composition and then press save in after effects when I look at both clips there slightly out of sync.
I've tried exporting the after effects compositing and then importing it into premiere it is still slightly out of sync.
