Hello!

Hello@flatfoot__

Thank you for reporting this issue. We would be interested in hearing if you encounter different behavior for MFR (multi frame rendering) on vs off.

Do you encounter these issues in the new version of AE - 25.0?

A
re your video drivers current as well?

All the best,
Jessica

Hello Jessica,

I confirm there is no difference if MFR is on or off. The AE stayed alive for one day only... I have asked the support team to verify that the video drivers are up to date and they are too.

We are going to test with to new v25.0 of AE asap.

I'll keep you informed.

Regards

Hello @flatfoot__

What output settings are you using for these files? From the error message it would look like we are trying to get the graphics card to handle a more difficult encoding than it is capable of. For example, from what I have read, this card would not support 6.2 level incodings like H.264 (AVC) level 6.2 and h.265 (HEVC) level 6.2.

Beyond this, I might not have the depth of knowledge in this area to help further, so I am reaching out to our internal codec group. Adobe has a global day off tomorrow, so I wouldn't expect a further response until Monday at the earliest.

Hope this helps, or that we can help you resolve this soon.

All the best,
Jesscia
