AE 24.5.0 multiple crashes about third-part plugins but don't have installed third-part plugins ...

Hello,

I noticed that my after effect 24.5.0 crashed 3 times in front of my eyes. I have this error message:

Even when I'm in no-fail mode, the application stops and asks me to switch to nominal mode. This is very annoying...

 

I've also noticed that when I leave the general settings window, I get this message:

Could someone please help me find the reason for these crashes?

Ca semble être un problème audio.

Il faut vérifier ta carte son, tes paramètres audio, les mises à jour

Et voir les réglages audio dans After Effects.

Merci pour ta réponse.

Je n'ai jamais utilisé de device audio sur cette machine.

L'error du device could not be opened apparaît uniquement lorsque je quitte la fenêtre de paramètres avec la croix et pas en avec 'ok'.
